Certain Pepperwall products are subject to specific warranty terms.

HEART® Acoustic products are provided with:

  • A 10-year warranty on materials; and

  • A 1-year warranty on workmanship.

These warranties cover defects arising from material quality and manufacturing under normal use and proper installation.

The warranties do not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • General wear and tear;

  • Improper cleaning;

  • Lack of maintenance;

  • Misuse, abuse, or unauthorised modification.

Please note that slight variations in colour, texture, or pattern are inherent to the fibre-blending manufacturing process and are considered natural characteristics of the product. Such variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for warranty claims.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all information on this Website and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
